Project Mission:

We wish to preserve exquisite antique anatomical waxworks with stereophotography, to provide a digital, interactive means of sharing these educational and artistic masterpieces. Our goal is to capture, archive, vitalize, and disseminate the artistry of yesterday for the students of today and many years to come. This proposal constitutes a proof-of-concept project, to image and collate a small collection of the waxworks over a period of 3-6 months. Once accomplished, we will determine the feasibility of creating a large-scale project based on the methodology established.
